- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was thinking about opening an account but they had four people in line and after each employee got done with a customer they started to walk off. Leaving one person to help them all... I walked out and opened an account across the street.By Franklin Brown, September 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have business line and normal line for service. I waited about 20 minutes while about 7 or so business people were serviced, even though I was ahead of about half of them. Only 1 teller. Complained and finally was given service, but not before another 3 people who came after me were helped before me. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I want to transfer to Chase bank down the steet. Nicer building with a friendly security guard who greets you and opens the door for you.By Ernest Lee, July 24, 2017
