  The way they treat people is awful. We're not all lazy drug addicts some of us have just fallen into hard times struggling to find work. They have work experience where you can get your foot in the door with certain jobs that are willingly to train you and pay you they keep quiet about it.They rather tell you that you have to volunteer get you to sign the papers to volunteer at non profit organizations where you don't get paid and don't gain much experience can't even get hired on. Then after your signed on to volunteer oh wait there's work experience but that would take to long to get into it's like come on we want to gain experience get paid and try to get off the system. There system is twisted and needs serious fixing. They need to reach out to the community hire someone to get jobs to let them know their hiring and let people know in their welfare to work class. Do a pre interview see if the person qualifies for the job and let the company know they have a possible employer. There is so much they can do to help people find work but they're to lazy to care they just think about themselves as long as they have a job who cares about anyone else.
